HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We deliver our products to all regions throughout Egypt, with the exception of some governorates, which are North Sinai. Delivery within 2 to 5 working days (excluding any public holidays).

Ordering from us is quick and easy. You have two convenient options: through our website or via WhatsApp.

Website Order:

  1. Browse our Shop and select your desired item.
  2. Click "add to cart" for the chosen product.
  3. Click on checkout.
  4. Provide your personal info and address.
  5. Choose a payment method, then click "Place Order"
  6. That's it! Your order is now processed and in our system.

WhatsApp Order:

  1. Click any of our WhatsApp.
  2. You'll be connected to a customer service agent.
  3. They'll help you place the order effortlessly.

I'M NOT COMFORTABLE WITH ONLINE ORDERS. WHAT DO I DO?

We understand your concern, which is a valid one given some online shops' lack of transparency. At Scoba Store, we prioritize your peace of mind. We offer a "Pay on Delivery" option, ensuring you only pay when the product reaches you. You can inspect the material upon delivery without opening the package. If the product isn't to your liking, you have the right to decline it, and you'll only be charged for the delivery service. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.

How to cancel my order?

First, click here

Enter the email you entered during the order and enter the password for your account.

If you do not have an account, click on the Create an Account button. After that, enter your name, enter the email address that you entered during purchase, and enter your password.

Click on the Cancel Order button, then go to the Cancel Order page. You must confirm the cancellation of the order. When you return to your account, the order you canceled will appear as Order Canceled.
